Erica is a staff attorney in the labor and employment practice group. Her litigation practice includes defending wage and hour, worker classification, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, employee leave, and other claims, as well as enforcing noncompetition and arbitration agreements. Erica has an unmatched determination to serve her clients by first uncovering what really happened, then building a strategy from there. She is skilled at getting to the truth of a matter with efficient and highly effective investigative techniques, particularly through collection and review of electronically stored information and social media content. Her holistic approach to investigations and discovery focuses on solutions that are reasonable in cost and scope and tailored to the stage of the case, the factual and legal issues involved, and the overall case strategy. Erica represents clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, andor class action matters, whether pursued in state court, federal court, or before an administrative agency. Her work encompasses all stages of litigation, from initial investigation to position statements, pleadings, written discovery and depositions, dispositive and other motion practice, and trial.
