Amanda is a member of Reed Smith’s Labor & Employment Group and is currently based in the firm’s Chicago office. She has experience in all stages of litigation and represents employers in employment-related disputes before administrative, state and federal agencies and litigation in state and federal courts, including claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract. She also assists employers with developing employee policies and handbooks and preparing agreements pertaining to the employment relationship. In addition, Amanda has experience representing clients in commercial litigation, including claims for breach of contract, fraud and negligent misrepresentation, and tort claims.
