Oscar is a counsel of Reed Smith’s Hong Kong Corporate Group, and he focuses on corporate practice and related advisory regarding compliance with, for example, the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code. He has more than a decade’s experience in advising on both public and private equity and debt fundraising, as well as corporate acquisitions and pre-IPO investments. Oscar’s clientele includes listed conglomerates and state-owned enterprises with established presence in both Hong Kong and the PRC in the energy, property, pharmaceutical, telecom systems, consumer electronics, logistics, and household brand product retail sectors. He regularly works with board members and senior management members on transactional and regulatory matters, and is also experienced in collaboration with management and business units in their daily commercial operations and compliance practices. Oscar is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
