
Maryanne is a first-chair trial lawyer. She has litigated all types of complex disputes – including multi-district litigation – in various state and federal courts. Maryanne drives effective resolutions and results for her clients by collaborating with them to thoroughly assess and understand their business and legal objectives, utilizing her experience to reduce and control risk, and leveraging technology to increase efficiency. Maryanne effectively reduces risk arising from product liability matters related to medical devices and pharmaceuticals, manufactured mechanical products, as well as toxic torts. She has been National Coordinating Counsel for a Fortune 100 company’s asbestos litigation, which averaged more than 1,700 individual cases litigated nationwide. In that role, she crafted the overall trial and defense strategy, identified key experts, developed advanced data metrics to identify key trends in the litigation, and established cost-effective defense management processes.
