Joyce is an associate of the Commercial Litigation Department. She trained at the firm and qualified in 2010.
Her current practice focuses on commercial matters such as shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, contentious and non-contentious employment matters and insolvency matters. She also has experience in arbitrations under the rules of major arbitration institutions.
Joyce has experience in advising clients on corporate governance issues and has been involved in a number of regulatory and compliance investigations. She also assisted and represented clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions brought by government authorities and enforcement and regulatory bodies.
