Spiros has extensive experience in a wide range of cross-border asset finance and leasing transactions, including in secured loan and lease financings, sale and leaseback arrangements, portfolio sales and purchases, operating lease transactions (including Japanese operating leases (JOLCOs)), joint ventures and restructurings.
