LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith is pleased to announce that associate Vaibhav Adlakha was today awarded the D&I trailblazer award at the Chambers and Partners Europe Awards for the category Future Leader: Diversity & Inclusion.
The judges recognised Adlakha for achieving a global platform of visibility for his D&I work. They stated that: “Vaibhav is an inspiring role model for lawyers with disabilities and ethnic minority lawyers. His passion and determination to succeed in the corporate world continues to inspire many others to enter the profession.”
Adlakha is an active member of Reed Smith’s LEADRS Business Inclusion Group, which champions disability and diversity projects. He has also contributed his D&I advocacy to support organisations such as Channel 4 and EmployAbility.
