Grant is a London-based finance lawyer who advises on a variety of transactions, including securitisations, real estate finance, funds finance and non-performing loans. She joined Reed Smith in 2020 and has been involved in many innovative and impactful projects, including helping the IFRC to set up a novel insurance and reinsurance facility to provide fast and flexible financial support for disaster victims. She is also a leader in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal sector, both within and outside the firm. She co-chairs Reed Smith's Multicultural Network and serves as committee secretary for NOTICED, the UK's first inter-firm diversity network. In recognition of her achievements and contributions, she was recently awarded a prize for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion and was named as an EMpower Role Model in 2023.
