Partner and Executive Director of Diverse Recruiting Geoff Young discusses his new role in light of the firm’s Racial Equity Action Plan, working to re-energize our efforts to recruit attorneys from the African American community. Our Racial Equity Action Plan “goes beyond the partner level, closing the gap so to speak,” says Geoff, who believes it is critical that our plan recognize all personnel at the firm, creating opportunities for training and advancement in the legal industry.
