Charlotte supports clients with their needs across the full range of IP protections, including trademarks, design rights, patents and copyright. She advises on both transactional and contentious matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting with developing strategies to address disputes, attending to the necessary preparations for filing intellectual property rights, and IP portfolio management.

Working with clients across a number of industries, Charlotte has particular experience in the luxury retail, hotel and leisure, and technology sectors.

In addition to her day-to-day practice, Charlotte serves as part of the AIPPI’s commission on trademark law.
