Eduardo is a dual-licensed attorney in Mexico and the United States, with full J.D. degrees in both countries. Eduardo has accumulated significant experience serving as counsel in leading international law firms in Mexico and the United States.

Eduardo brings to each international dispute he handles a very distinct combination of experience and knowledge on common law and civil law topics and tactics resulting from his unique academic and professional background.

He regularly handles complex international arbitration proceedings conducted both in English and Spanish under the rules of the major international arbitration institutions (e.g. ICC, ICDR, AAA, LCIA, IACAC and ICSID), and involving the application of both U.S. and foreign law. He serves as well as counsel in disputes related to claims made by investors against Latin American governments. He also often coordinates and oversees work of local counsel in connection with litigation proceedings throughout Latin America.
