Catherine is an associate in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. Her practice involves a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Catherine has experience in numerous phases of pre-trial practice, including motion drafting, taking depositions, and working with expert witnesses. Catherine also has an expansive pro bono practice and has worked on the TLDEF Name Change Project, guardianship petitions, child custody matters, landlord/tenant litigation, and prisoner civil rights litigation.
