Adil was playing a key role in Reed Smith Kazakh team being its representative in Kazakhstan for more than 15 years until the firm opened the office in Nur-Sultan in 2012.

Adil has extensive experience in working on different projects related to the subsoil use and energy sector of the Kazakh economy.
