Dana specializes in representing purchasers/landlords on single tenant, net lease sale/leasebacks in nationwide, multiproperty portfolio transactions. She focuses on healthcare and senior living projects, medical office buildings, microhospitals, and other medical facilities.

Dana also regularly counsels clients on all types of commercial real estate assets, including office, retail, student housing communities, mixed-use and multifamily projects, and manufacturing and industrial properties.

Dana serves as a blog editor and contributor for Real Estate Legal Update. She is also the head of the Tangled Title Team, which provides pro bono legal services to help low-income homeowners in Philadelphia establish clear title to their homes.
