Prior to joining Reed Smith, Campbell worked as a Senior Tax Consultant in one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, where he identified refund and tax planning opportunities, initiated refunds for multistate corporations, and represented corporate clients through various stages of the California administrative state tax controversy process, including matters before the Franchise Tax Board and the California Office of Tax Appeals.
