Nicole is an associate in our Global Commercial Disputes group, based in San Francisco. Her practice consists of complex commercial litigation with a focus on health care and intellectual property litigation.  Nicole has successfully briefed and argued dispositive motions in both state and federal courts.  She is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice and serves as Vice Chair of the Women's Initiative Network of Reed Smith (“WINRS”) in the San Francisco office.
