Brad is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group practicing in the area of health care regulatory and transactional law. Brad is a leading lawyer in our HIPAA and Health Privacy & Security Practice, and regularly advises clients (including hospitals, medical practices, pharmacies, long term care facilities, electronic health records providers, management companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and medical device companies) on all aspects of health information privacy and security compliance under HIPAA and state law.
