Andrew is an associate in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group and focuses his practice on FDA compliance, including compounding pharmacy regulation, litigation and related transactions. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Andrew worked as a staff attorney at Rush University Medical Center, where he was responsible for negotiation, drafting and approval of research-related contracts, including clinical trial agreements, confidentiality disclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, material transfer agreements, data use agreements, service agreements, business associate agreements and research subcontracts.
