Fernando has been an associate in the Labor and Employment Group of Reed Smith's Paris office since 2010. He mainly assists international clients on both individual and collective working relationship matters.
Fernando has been lately developing a robust expertise on various topics such as international matters (posting of employees, expatriation, and conflict of laws), bonuses policies or company savings schemes.
Fernando works on a regular basis with the Corporate group on matters such as sales, acquisitions of companies or activities or investments and also with the other offices on cross-border matters.
He taught tutorials in individual working relationship matter at Université Paris XI) between 2007 and 2014.
