Reed Smith LLP today announced that Denise Ware, Chicago-based counsel in the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group, has been selected as the firm’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2018. Additionally, Claudia Cortes, an associate in the Complex Litigation Group based in Chicago, and Reginald Sainvil, a Miami-based associate in the Financial Industry Group have been selected as the firm’s 2018 LCLD Pathfinders.

The LCLD Pathfinders Program, now in its third year, is tailored for lawyers with three-to-five years of experience. The program provides practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks, leadership skills, and career development strategies.
