Jonathan, who is a member of Reed Smith’s LGBTQ+ network, PRISM, and disability network, LEADRS, is an associate in the firm’s Entertainment and Media Industry Group.

Jonathan was recognized last year by the Power List 2020 as the fourth most influential disabled person in the UK, with his profile stating that he is “changing the way disabled employees are recruited, represented and managed. Throughout his own recruitment and employment he has been completely open about his autism: introducing neurodiversity as a strength. He works towards a future where this openness is routine.”

In recognition of his achievements, the Shaw Trust has this year appointed Jonathan as a judge of the Power List 2021. The Shaw Trust notes that those it has appointed were chosen for “the knowledge and experience they bring to the role” and have been “responsible for many improvements to the lives of disabled people in the UK and around the world.”

The Shaw Trust Power List aims to change perceptions of disability, tackle social exclusion, and provide role models for the young leaders of tomorrow.
