Before joining Reed Smith, Steve was Head of Global IT Transformation for Mylan Pharmaceutical, one of the world's leading generics and specialty pharmaceutical companies, where he was responsible for aligning its IT function with business strategy and process. He previously worked as the chief information officer at a global law firm, ensuring that information strategy and technology supported the client service, financial, marketing, and business operations capabilities of the firm.

Additionally, Steve had been recognized with 13 national and international awards for IT leadership and excellence in business innovation enabled by technology.
