Armine Antonyan’s practice is dedicated to defending employers in employment litigation and counseling and focusses in defending employers in wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts. Armine represents clients in matters including interference with ERISA benefits, wrongful termination, harassment, employment discrimination and retaliation, breach of employment agreements, and collective actions.
Armine also provides counseling to employers on various employment issues, including compliance with wage and hour laws, employee terminations and discipline, and drafting employee policies, in an effort to help reduce the risk of litigation.
Armine represents clients in various industries, including but not limited to retail, transportation, medical, hospitality, propane & gas, forging, restaurant chains, individual family trusts, etc.
Armine began her legal career in London, UK, working for a boutique law firm specializing in commercial and employment litigation. Prior to joining Reed Smith, she worked as an associate at a national defense firm.
