In addition, Greg represents clients in connection with international commercial shipping transactions, including construction contracts and multi-vessel construction programs, complex vessel charter arrangements, and the sale and purchase of marine assets.

The team combines its practice with the broader capabilities of Reed Smith’s large New York office (which is active in sophisticated finance, and corporate and capital markets transactions) and the full resources of a global firm with offices in shipping centers around the world. 
Greg has acted for lenders in some of the larger ship finance transactions in the market.

He is a director of New York Maritime, Inc. and the Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a member of the Finance Committee of the Maritime Law Association.
