Yoni’s practice is focused on resolving state and local tax controversy matters through audit, administrative appeals, and judicial proceedings, and advising on state and local tax issues related to corporate merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Yoni worked as a Tax Consultant in PwC’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Group in New York City, where he worked on tax planning and transactional matters for public and private companies. Yoni has counseled multinational companies in U.S. federal, international, and state and local tax matters.
