Brent joined Reed Smith in 2003 and is a member of the firm's Global Commercial Disputes Group. Brent focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with particular experience in the representation of entities in commercial and government contracting disputes and in counseling clients on trade and regulatory enforcement matters, including laws and regulations governing cross-border transactions. He also has extensive experience in civil litigation in both federal and state courts involving products liability and business litigation, financial services matters, construction-related issues, real property disputes, eminent domain issues, representation of policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, and commercial-related disputes involving fraud.
