Andrew is a practice group specialist within the Global Corporate Group. He has experience in business entity formations, foreign qualifications, amendment and merger filings, annual report filings, fictitious name filings, dissolutions, UCC searches, stock issuance and transfers, obtaining Employee Identification Numbers (EIN), preparing board and shareholder consents, closing binders, document ordering, and general corporate work, including minute book maintenance. He is also experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, case intake, document reviews and productions, general case organization, trial preparation, and fact checking of documents. He is proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe. Andrew is also knowledgeable in Sharepoint (i.e. ouRSite) for matter management.
