Chinelo’s practice primarily consists of assisting with trademark enforcement, clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management. Along with trademark portfolio management, Chinelo has assisted with legal research, document review, pleading and motion drafting, deposition and hearing preparations for several copyright and trademark litigations before various federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
