Karen was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2011. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings, secondary listing, spin-off, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of general commercial transactions. She also advises listed companies on various regulatory compliance matters, including connected transactions, notifiable transactions, and other ongoing compliance matters under the Listing Rules.
