As further part of his practice, Christian advises and defends corporate and private clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions (e.g. in corruption, export control or market surveillance investigations).

During his over 20 years of legal practice, Christian has handled matters for clients not only in front of arbitral tribunals (e.g. DIS, ICC, Swiss and Stockholm Arbitration and ad hoc arbitration) and in German civil and criminal courts (including the German Federal Supreme court in civil and criminal matters), but, inter alia, also in Austrian, French, Swiss and Italian courts, the European Court of Justice, the High Court of Justice London, US courts (states and federal courts), the High Court of Hong Kong, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Christian’s client base consists of private clients and corporate clients, across a diverse sector base, including manufacturing, automotive, insurance, and ecommerce. Christian regularly publishes and speaks at seminars and conferences.
