Focusing his practice on data privacy & security and information governance, Terrence is an associate in the firm’s Tech & Data and Global Corporate Groups.
Terrence has worked on a range of matters relating to the Enterprise Data Risk Management systems used by large financial institutions, and has specifically assisted with the functionality capabilities and eDiscovery compliance issues relating to the preservation and retention of highly regulated data used by financial institutions. Terrence integrates his knowledge of regulatory frameworks and data retention systems to recommend defensible practices for clients that seek to delete, move, or preserve their regulated data.
