
Kristin Wells represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate matters, concentrating in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. She is a partner in Reed Smith's Global Corporate Group and is the former co-leader of the US Corporate Securities Practice Group.
