Alexus is an associate with the transactional team in the Princeton office. Her practice focuses on advising companies on complex contractual relationships and facilitating commercial transactions in the life sciences industry.
Prior to joining Reed Smith as a New Associate, Alexus was a summer associate with the firm and worked on drafting industry-specific transactional documents such as licensing agreements, clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, confidentiality agreements, and various services agreements. Alexus also participated in a variety of legal assignments including assisting clients with transactional, operational, general corporate, and securities law matters.
