Dianna is a partner in the Global Commercial Disputes Group. She concentrates her practice on litigating and resolving complex commercial litigation matters for her clients with a particular emphasis on representing clients in the managed care industry.  The firm's Managed Care team includes litigators and regulatory specialists with a deep knowledge of the issues impacting the Managed Care environment, including ERISA, payer/provider networks, drug formularies, and the Affordable Care Act.  This specialized team works with the largest Managed Care plan in the country.
