Eric is an associate in the Entertainment & Media Industry Group. Eric’s practice focuses primarily on transactional matters in the entertainment and media space. He concentrates his practice on negotiating and drafting a wide variety of entertainment-related agreements on behalf of emerging and superstar-level talent, managers and executives, entertainment companies, entrepreneurs, brands and advertising agencies. He also regularly represents clients in a variety of private placements and acquisition transactions.
