During his career, Ken has been lead counsel in numerous trials and arbitrations, and his practice has taken him to a large number of federal, state and bankruptcy court venues and arbitration panels throughout Texas and the United States, as well as proceedings in foreign countries including Canada, Mexico, and the UK.
