Paige has practiced in appellate litigation since joining Reed Smith in 2008 after her clerkship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She handles appeals in federal and state courts as well as dispositive motions at the trial level, including several significant pro bono matters. Her representation covers a wide range of substantive areas including product liability, financial services, contract disputes, employment, class actions, and constitutional law. She has worked on cases in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits, and has orally argued before the Third and Eleventh Circuits. Her state court experience includes oral argument in Ohio intermediate appellate court and briefing appeals before appellate courts in Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey, and Arkansas. Paige has advocated for and opposed discretionary review in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She also provided extensive support for a high-profile trial in the Southern District of New York.
Prior to attending law school, Paige worked with nonprofit organizations in fundraising, program coordination, and evaluation. Her nonprofit experience cultivated her passion for helping and advocating for others.
