Reginald joined Reed Smith in 2015 following graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is currently an associate in the Financial Industry Group practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring and Bankruptcy. In 2014, as a summer associate at the firm, Reginald conducted legal research, prepared factual summaries, and surveyed federal and state law on a variety of topics. During law school, he served as a certified legal intern at both the Elder Law Clinic, where he provided free legal services to low-income individuals; and at the Environmental Law Clinic, where he represented low-income individuals and organizations in their environmental-related legal problems.
Additionally, in 2013, Reginald was a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He researched and analyzed a variety of substantive and procedural areas of law, including issues related to employment discrimination, contract interpretation and elements of the Affordable Care Act.
