Tilman Siebert is a partner in the Munich office and a member of the European & Middle East Corporate Group. He has longstanding experience in advising on German and European antitrust and competition law.
With more than 17 years of experience, he has substantial capabilities in representing clients in merger control proceedings and cartel investigations before the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) and the European Commission. In addition, he is advising on competition litigation matters, in particular on cartel damages.
He regularly advises on general competition law issues, including compliance issues, joint ventures, distribution and licensing agreements, as well as research and development cooperation agreements.
He also advises in relation to German Foreign Investment Regulation and represents clients in corresponding proceedings before the German Ministry of Economics and Energy.
He counts national and international companies from various industries to his clients, including fast moving consumer goods and retail, pharmaceuticals and medical products, technology, private equity, automotive as well as aerospace and defense.
