Vicki is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. Her practice focuses on handling regulatory, enforcement and transactional matters for a variety of health industry clients, including health care providers and suppliers, such as acute and post-acute institutional providers, pharmacies, DMEPOS suppliers, and hospice companies, as well as medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Vicki assists clients with a broad range of regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse compliance (for example, compliance with Stark Law and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute), health information privacy and security compliance (HIPAA and state law), as well as health care regulatory due diligence in connection with various transactions, health care facility and provider licensing, False Claims Act defense, government investigations, and Medicare reimbursement.

Vicki is also active in pro bono matters involving securing Social Security disability benefits and providing health care regulatory guidance to local non-profit organizations.
