Vince is Reed Smith's Middle East Managing Partner and has substantial experience in all types of Middle Eastern work including banking and finance, debt capital markets, structuring and joint ventures, corporate finance and acquisitions, funds, trade finance, regulatory and project finance work.

Vince has worked on many of Reed Smith’s recent significant transactions in the Middle East and Africa, in particular advising on finance, infrastructure and projects transactions.

He has been based in the Middle East for over eleven years. He also is Chair of the African and Australian business teams, and previously Vice Chair of the Firm’s Business & Finance Department and on the management committee of the global Financial Industry Group.

Vince previously worked in top tier Australian firms and spent three years in Reed Smith’s London office.

He is rated as a leading lawyer in the field of Middle East banking and finance by independent legal directories - Chambers Global, Legal 500, IFLR and PLC.
