Nick Shaw, Richard Swinburn and Mark O'Neil, partners in our Shipping Group, are speakers and leaders of the Litigation and Legislation Workshop which is taking place on day two of the World Dry Bulk Shipping Summit organised by Coaltrans and Metal Bulletin Events.

Mark will be speaking on the current and future role of finance in dry cargo markets.   Both he and Nick will be lead speakers at the Litigation and Legislation Workshop, which Richard Swinburn will be chairing.
