Keynote speaker: Caren Ulrich Stacy
Caren has 30 years of management and leadership experience in talent and diversity for top law firms, including Arnold & Porter, Cooley, and Weil Gotshal. She co-founded Lawyer Metrics, which used a data-analytics approach to talent selection and advancement, later acquired by the Access Group. Caren then founded Diversity Lab to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion in law and other professions through data, science, and technology. Caren has received numerous awards, including the NALP Mark of Distinction and the InnovAction Award, and has contributed to over 250 presentations and publications.
