Alicia Millar is a senior learning and development manager in London, and leads on the people and organisational development strategy for the EMEA region. She has achieved tremendous success for the firm through driving innovation in learning programme design, engaging with the firm’s strategic goals and translating these into talent-focused initiatives that engage people throughout the firm.

Brigid North was promoted to partnership in 2015 and is a member of the real estate group. Brigid serves as an aspirational role model for many of the firm’s associates and leads from the front in demonstrating how it is possible to become a partner within a top global law firm and combine those responsibilities with family life.
