Through understanding the characteristics and journeys of those who have trodden the path before, women will be able to: identify key skills instrumental to career advancement; learn how to navigate career breaks; discover the types of characteristics and personality traits that female leaders consciously portray in the workplace; learn their hours and working patterns; and lastly learn what success looks like for today’s leaders. The survey is open to women working in the City of London with a job title equivalent to director, partner, head of department or a C-level position.
