LONDON – The National Diversity Awards are the UK’s largest diversity awards and celebrate the outstanding achievements of those who have demonstrated their devotion to enhancing equality, diversity and inclusion in today’s society.
Reed Smith has been shortlisted from over 24,000 nominations for the Diverse Company Award, alongside Yorkshire Water, LM-JV, Cheshire Constabulary, West Yorkshire Police, Touchstone, TransPennine Express, Morgan Sindall, Gateshead College and Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust.
The Diverse Company Award identifies a company that employs a diverse workforce and is better able to understand the demographics of the marketplace it serves, and whose goals are to reassure and encourage people from the most deprived areas to further their careers.
