The firm credits this success to its business inclusion group (LEADRS – Looking for Excellence and Advancement of persons with Disabilities at Reed Smith), whose mission is to advance persons with disabilities within our firm.
In an NOD video, Chief Operating Officer Nicholas Bagiatis said: “At Reed Smith, we seek out the best possible talent, and this includes individuals with disabilities.”
