PITTSBURGH – For the seventh consecutive year, Reed Smith has received a perfect score of 100 on the 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

In the 2020 CEI report, announced at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, a record 686 major businesses — spanning nearly every industry and geography — earned a top score of 100 and the distinction of “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

The 2020 CEI report evaluates businesses based on LGBTQ-related policies and practices across several metrics including non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility, and responsible citizenship.
