Global Solutions has a number of specially trained analysts who break down the way that legal services are delivered, and seek efficiencies and improvements. Global Solution’s highly collaborative cross-functional and technology-driven approach utilises Lean Six Sigma methodologies to initiate continuous improvement cycles.
The team complements Reed Smith’s recognised capabilities for delivering sophisticated legal services across the globe, by applying speed, consistency and scalability to a wide range of legal services, ensuring that clients’ needs are met.
The Legal Week Innovation Awards ceremony will take place at the Hilton London Bankside on 26 May.
Reed Smith won the Diversity Innovation category at the Legal Week Innovation Awards in 2020 for the firm’s disability Business Inclusion Group, LEADRS, and its outstanding efforts to create strategies to attract candidates with disabilities and provide appropriate support once they join the firm.
