Reed Smith Global Head of Personnel, Casey Ryan, is among the groundbreaking women being celebrated by Dress for Success for its 2022 #YourHourHerPower campaign in honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day on March 8. Ryan discusses Reed Smith’s initiatives to advance women and promote wellness in a new video (see below).

When women have access to education and job resources, their contributions strengthen communities, increase organizational effectiveness, and grow businesses and economies, Ryan says. This conviction is behind Dress for Success’s Your Hour, Her Power® campaign.

In the past year, women continued to face innumerable challenges. Women left the workforce at an alarming rate and those who remained struggled with significant issues with balancing childcare and increased workloads.
